Well organized, thorough, and cost-effective plans are the backbone of a successful project. With a great plan, communication of ideas to reviewers and contractors is an easy transaction. The Sustainable Design process is an interaction between the Owner & Developer's vision and the Rules & Regulations of Local, State, and Federal Governing Authorities. Integrating these elements is our responsibility and we do it well.

Approvals & Permitting
Completing the design is the largest hurdle, but it is not the last. Permitting is often where a development's progress can grind to a halt. It is our duty to address comments in a timely fashion and make sure our intent is fully understood by all Reviewers.

Construction Administration
More often that not, there are issues that arise during the construction of any project. Parking needs may change or the market for sales may flatten and cause a redirection of an entire project.

Top priority is given to construction issues. We are also available, at your request, to periodically visit your site to ensure that the plans are being followed and to minimize construction problems.
